Game Deconstruction 1: Jumpy Bird

For my first ground up solo project, I wanted to take a game with a very simple premise, gameplay loop and look. This goal made me set my sights on games that require a single input on the side of player engagement, and from there I thought what better starting point than the viral sensation; "Flappy Bird". 

This recreation aims to replicate the feel of the original game, whilst acting as an opportune development environment for me to practice my workflow, coding skills, and familiarity with Unity as a whole.

This project began in November 2021, with the core project being finished in the last week of December.  Since then I have been debugging, testing and code refactoring to give myself a clean piece of work to look back on for inspiration and reference.
